Each class that I take with Asiana, the Flow and Let Go Class, is just what my body needs, but "doesn't know it". It feels very intuitive and is so therapeutic for me.

Welcome... Asana Studio offers a beautiful and peaceful oasis with locations in both Golden and Olde Town Arvada where students of all levels - from beginners to experienced practitioners - will find a welcoming yoga community within which to expand their practice.


We provide an opportunity for you to step into a calming space and leave behind the worries of the world. We have created an atmosphere for physical and spiritual healing without judgment. Our teachers come from diverse backgrounds. Each brings something unique yet we all share the common goal of providing a nurturing environment for personal growth.


Yoga is an excellent way to promote physical flexibility, strength and endurance. On a deeper level it can transform your life. Through breathing techniques you will find you can release stress and relax.
